As of 8:10 this morning the big kids are officially in second and fourth grade. Summer is over! Can I get a Hallelujah?

In an effort to ease the little hellions back into the school groove, dismissal is at 12:30 for Monday and Tuesday and I am giving myself permission to take those half days off.

No projects, laundry, cleaning, only minimal working; lots of reading and playing with my favorite little person.

The rest of it? It can wait. Summer kicked my ass and fall is going to give me a few measly hours to recharge and feel human again.
